For certain licensed Matrix professions (midwife, chiropractor, even MD/OB), a Private Membership Association provides a vehicle to do your work outside of the confines of licensure. With that change, you are no longer bound by the rules and regulations of licensed professionals practicing in the Matrix.

What Is a Private Membership Association (PMA)?

A Private Membership Association is an unincorporated association founded upon the rights guaranteed by the Constitution to create private agreements between two parties, but in and of itself has very limited benefits. A FreedomWorks PMA is different in that it is rooted in a Mission Society — a long established structure that is the foundation for some of the most well known institutions across the world. A Mission Society enjoys additional rights guaranteed by the Constitution, several unassailable Supreme Court rulings, the UN Charter, and the Law Of Nations for the members of a such a Society to unite together for the purpose of freely pursuing their right of self-determination and their economic, social and cultural development, as well as substantial freedoms found within the Internal Revenue Code. These two structures are the core of a uniquely multi-layered organization that is unparalleled in its ability to provide a safe haven for fulfilling one’s religious/spiritual calling to serve the world.
