  • MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

    FreedomWorks Private Membership Association ("PMA") is a membership organization established under the right of private contract and free association and within a private jurisdiction not subject to corporate statutes or codes. We associate with others, via private contract, to further the progress of our Vision and Mission. By signing this Agreement, member affirms and acknowledges that:
    • Member has read and agrees with the Articles of Association below; and
    • Member has read and aligns with the Articles of Association of the Green River Society; and
    • Member has read and aligns with the Vision, Beliefs and Mission below; and
    • Member is applying for membership in the Association; and
    • Member agrees to abide by all terms and conditions in this Agreement.

    ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

    1. FreedomWorks PMA exists for the mutual benefit of all its members, and can only serve those that are united in the common purpose to claim our birthright of and for self-determination and to fulfill our Vision and Mission. All members agree that all living beings are created equal and to not purposely harm any other being in pursuit of these goals.
    2. Members understand and agree that all activities of FreedomWorks PMA are of a private nature, and the PMA does not operate in commerce or in the public system. This means the PMA and its relationship with its members are not subject to the codes and statutes of the public system, nor of any jurisdiction other than our supporting organization FreedomWorks.
    3. FreedomWorks PMA offers membership education and developmental tools and resources which are intended but not guaranteed to improve the lives of its members. It does NOT provide legal, tax or medical advice or instruction of any kind. All members enter FreedomWorks PMA of their own voluntary expression of Will and are fully responsible for the results of their involvement.
    4. Members agree to hold all proprietary materials of the PMA in the strictest of confidence and never distribute such materials outside the confines of membership.
    5. Any and all amounts conveyed to the PMA are private membership donations.
    6. All members agree and affirm that:
      • No work of the PMA should be construed as legal, medical or tax advice or instruction of any kind, and that members of the PMA are NOT attorneys, CPAs, or licensed medical professionals and have no formal training in law, accounting, or medicine unless specifically noted otherwise for a particular member.
      • All materials, education, and instruction are based solely on the beliefs, understanding, and experience of other members of the association, and are offered at the voluntary request of each member for their own benefit and use in their own private affairs.
      • All members that choose to engage with or take action based on the resources of the association do so with full self-responsibility under their own voluntary expression of Will and without any implied guarantee of results.
      • All members agree to hold harmless and indemnify the PMA and all of its Members against any and all claims, decisions, or judgments as a result of their involvement in the association.

    GOVERNING LAW

    The governing law of this Agreement shall be the Private Law created by this Agreement. The contents herein constitute the terms of a binding contract that shall govern and control its own application. Venue and jurisdiction are the private venue within the FreedomWorks Ecclesiastical Court, which adheres to the Common law principles of Courts of Record and recognizes the principles of Equity Law and the long-standing Maxims of Equity as paramount.

    In the event of a need to settle any dispute of a substantial nature, any member may petition the FreedomWorks PMA to an arbitration hearing pursuant to rules of arbitration as specified by the International Chamber of Commerce and the American Arbitration Association. Any such board of arbitration shall be chosen from a pool of other members of the FreedomWorks PMA with the intent of achieving a satisfactory resolution of the issue(s). Each Party shall choose one member for the arbitration board and these two shall in turn choose a mutually acceptable third member. If such initial board selected from PMA members does not find a satisfactory resolution then the parties shall present their dispute to FreedomWorks Ecclesiastical Court and be bound by the decisions thereof.
