FreedomWorks is a membership organization established under the right of private contract and private and free association. This is a private jurisdiction not subject to corporate statues or codes. We associate with others, via private contract, to further the progress of our mission.

ACCEPTANCE AND AFFIRMATION OF TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

By becoming a member of the FreedomWorks Private Society and Private Contract Association (“PCA”), you affirm your understanding and agreement with these terms of membership:

  • The FreedomWorks Private Society and Private Contract Association exist for the benefit of its members and in fulfillment of its Mission Statement.
  • Amounts conveyed to the PCA are private membership donations.
  • All members affirm their alignment with the Articles of Association of the Private Contract Association stated below as well as the following:
    • Mission Statement of the FreedomWorks Private Society: https://freedomworkspca.org/about
    • Confidentiality, Non-Circumvention & Non-Disclosure (outlined below)
    • Covenant of Silence (as outlined in Overseer Declaration clause 15)
    • Disclaimer and Acceptance of Responsibility (outlined below)

CONFIDENTIALITY, NON-CIRCUMVENTION & NON-DISCLOSURE

All members of the FreedomWorks Private Contract Association agree to keep confidential and honor a Covenant of Silence regarding all proprietary materials (contracts, educational materials, private correspondence etc.) distributed to members and that no attempt will be made to circumvent this agreement or share proprietary materials with anyone outside of the membership including but not limited to any public officer, representative or agent of any public corporation within UNITED STATES. UNITED STATES refers to a corporate jurisdiction most people are led to believe is the “real world.” All “government” officials, corporate entities, state “governments” and public courts are within this jurisdiction.

Any publicly available information on the website or other sources are not considered proprietary and may be shared freely. Members agree this confidentially, non-circumvention and non-disclosure affirmation will extend beyond any termination of membership for a period of five years.

Covenant of Silence of the Overseer of FreedomWorks Private Society: The Office of Overseer and All Successors in Office, by and through said Overseer’s acceptance of the Appointment as Office Holder thereto, has established a Covenant of Silence. Said Covenant is between said Office and the Peculiar Members of the Society dealing in secular and Spiritual Relationships, documents related thereto, and equity. The Office Holder is required to affirm his or her acceptance of the aforesaid Covenant until his or her death. Each Office Holder agrees to set off for liquidated damages by self-assessment (in the nature of Self-Confession of Judgment and Self-Executing Contract), the amount of Ten Million (10,000,000) Dollars of Silver, or equivalent, for each occurrence of a breach. This amount of applied liquidated damages is and shall be transferable to any person, whether corporate or living man or woman in individual capacity, who attempts to forcibly compel the Office Holder or other individual holding office for the Society to reveal the private documents, business or affairs of the Society against his or her will in maintaining said Covenant of Silence. Any actual or attempted trespass on the Covenant of Silence shall be immediate cause for issuance of a True Bill accompanied by a Self-executing Power of Attorney (Tacit Procuration) and Confession of Judgment to be presented for payment of liquidated damages to the trespassing party or parties. The herein Statement and Decree of the Overseer shall serve as the only notice of the self-executing nature of such liquidated damages.

DISCLAIMER AND ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY

All members agree and affirm that:

  • No work of the PCA should be construed as legal, medical or tax advice or instruction of any kind, and that members of the PCA are NOT attorneys or CPAs or licensed medical professionals and have no formal training in law, accounting or medicine, unless specifically noted otherwise for a particular member.
  • All materials, education and instruction are based solely on the beliefs, understanding and experience of other members of the association, and are offered at the voluntary request of each member for their own benefit and use in their own private affairs.
  • All members that choose to engage with or take action based on the resources of the association do so with full self-responsibility under their own voluntary expression of Will and without any implied guarantee of results.
  • All members agree to hold harmless and indemnify the PCA and all of its Members against any and all claims, decisions or judgements as a result of their involvement in the association.

PRIVATE CONTRACT ASSOCIATION ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

The following are the articles of association for the FreedomWorks Private Contract Association.

Submitting an application for membership signifies each member’s contractual agreement with and consent to abide by the private articles below:

  • The FreedomWorks PCA is a private contract association and serves only its members who are in alignment with its Mission Statement. Agreement with these private articles is the process by which new members are admitted.
  • The FreedomWorks PCA offers membership education and developmental tools and resources which are intended but not guaranteed to improve the lives of its members. It does NOT provide legal, tax or medical advice or instruction of any kind.
  • The FreedomWorks PCA does not operate in commerce or the public. This means the PCA and its relationship with its members are not subject to the codes and statutes of the public system.
  • All members enter the FreedomWorks PCA of their own voluntary expression of Will and are fully responsible for the results of their involvement.
  • FreedomWorks PCA operates with the understanding that we are here to live our lives according to our own Will, Purpose and Intention and not to purposely harm another in pursuit of that goal.
  • All members agree that any harm or issues requiring resolution will be submitted to the FreedomWorks Court of Ekklesia (comprised of Society members) who will settle such disputes in a peaceful and equitable manner. Members agree that the conclusions of this Court are binding and cannot be overturned or superseded by any external court or entity.
  • Members agree to hold all proprietary materials of the PCA in the strictest of confidence and never distribute such materials outside the confines of membership.
  • Members understand and agree that all activities of FreedomWorks PCA are of a private nature and are in no way commercial or part of the public system.
